Vichai, son of the coffee cultivation pioneers in Maneephruek Village, Nan Province, brought the family's award-winning beans to Bangkok's Sam Yan district. The farm sits above 1,000 metres in northern Thailand, growing Geisha, Java, Typica, and the rare Syrina variety named after a farmer's daughter.
Over 20 original blends fill the counter, including the flagship Geisha at 800 baht per 100 grams. Vichai studied modern roasting techniques after growing up watching his parents roast over open fire, and the Coffee de Hmong brand has won awards across Southeast Asia.
