One of Thailand's first multi-roaster cafes, siphon and nitro before Bangkok went specialty.

Founded in 2015 by three friends including Arnun Wattanaporn, who studied hospitality at MNM Institute in Sydney and worked at The Grounds of Alexandria. Named after the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, Kaizen brewed specialty coffee before it became mainstream in Bangkok.

A multi-roaster format carries competition-grade single origins from Ethiopia, Kenya, and Indonesia. Sample Coffee Roasters from Sydney supplies the Sukhumvit 49 outpost. Five S Blend and New Horizons Blend headline alongside nitro cold brew.

At this shop

A two-storey glass building stands behind a lawn off Ekkamai Road. Inside, the ground floor is double-height, with a staircase climbing past a round sign on a slatted wood wall to a glass-railed mezzanine. The counter front is built from stacked grey blocks.
