Khun Sev supplied beans to Bangkok restaurants before opening this renovated shophouse in November 2016. The Somersault Blend combines Colombian, Ethiopian, and Laotian beans with nutty, orange peel, and floral notes. Guest roasters rotate, including Copenhagen's Coffee Collective for filter.
The roasting room occupies the back of the shophouse. Whitewashed brick walls, light wood A-frame shelving, and a white corrugated bar counter fill the ground floor. A loft level holds communal tables, with a second-floor space equipped with a kitchen for workshops.
