Piyachat Trithaworn earned the nickname Drip King after photographing an Arabica plantation inspired him to brew. He and Natthiti Ampriwan opened Gallery Drip Coffee as an art project, decorating with coffee-inspired artwork throughout. Thai single origins from Mae Jan Tai, Baan Wat Chan, and Pang Khon sit alongside Kenyan imports, all brewed by hand with no espresso machine in sight.
