Mik Mesakham and Rinrada Kanchanwongpaisan won the 2022 Thailand Coffee Profiling Challenge as Varinda Duet in their first competition entry. They followed with the Thailand Specialty Coffee Roasting Championship and the Diedrich Specialty Coffee Roasting Competition. A La San Marco D-series with pressure and temperature profiling runs the bar, with in-house roasting four times weekly.
Day-named blends rotate the espresso programme: Monday combines washed Ethiopia and Kenya for fruity-floral-caramel; Saturday pairs Kenya with Thai Kalyani Wattana for pineapple and passion fruit acidity. The slow bar offers single origins from Ethiopia Jabanto Kochere and Thai Khunlao from Chiang Rai at 1,100-1,350 metres.
