A La Marzocco pulls espresso alongside a slow bar for drip. Filter origins rotate through Colombian Yunaleva, Peruvian Huancaima, Ethiopian Ella Buna Mini, and Kenyan Nyeri Gatura. All Scandinavian-style light roasts with fruit-forward notes.
