About

Chartree Treelerkul earned the certification in 2001 while running Zana's Bean Coffee, a Chiang Mai roastery popular with tourists. He remains Thailand's only SCAA Lead Instructor. Pacamara launched in 2009 under Peaberry Limited, and a GMP-certified plant staffed by Q-graders now supplies all branches.

Beans arrive from eleven countries, including Thai lots from Mae Chan and Doi Chang, Ethiopian Gedeb, Kenyan Murang'a, Panamanian Geisha from Finca Auromar, and Yemeni lots. The House Blend won the 2012 International Coffee Tasting Award in Italy. Slayer machines and Kalita Wave brewers run the bars.
