About

Beans come from Thailand's Lampang and Mae Jam provinces, Myanmar's Shan State, and Vietnam, alongside Colombian and Ethiopian lots. Three locations include a 100-square-metre box on the Bangkok-Chon Buri motorway. A Special Bean of the Month rotates through single origins recommended by the barista team.

Roasting

Own roastery with three Diedrich roasting machines in different sizes. Q-Grader supervised. Sources from Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, and Thailand. Offers light, medium, and dark roast profiles.
