Raj and Keynes founded Greydient Lab in Singapore in 2020 before expanding to Bangkok. Their collaboration with Them.X Coffee from Samut Prakan opened on Ratchadaphisek Road during Bangkok Design Week on 27 January 2024.
Four house blends rotate: Them Blend from Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Greydient Blend pairing Thailand Mae Jan Tai with Brazilian Mantiqueira de Minas, and a Tiramisu Blend using Honduras whisky barrel-aged beans. Raw concrete, stainless steel furniture, and monochrome tones fill the two-storey loft, with rotating art installations and creative workshops.

Uses beans from their partner 'Them.x Coffee', featuring house blends like 'Them Blend' (Ethiopia), 'Greydient Blend' (Brazil + Thai), and 'Tiramisu Blend'.
