Benja Khemacheva placed second at the 2019 World AeroPress Championship in London after winning Thailand's title the same year. He still personally brews each cup, favouring the inverted method. Chef Gaggan Anand called it "the house of champions of AeroPress."
Thai beans include Le Tor Go from Tak province, Pai from Mae Hong Son, and Baan Teen Tok from Chiang Mai, all roasted in-house at the Rama 9 location, a Japanese-style house built from Russian pine.
